3. Do you have minimum ordering quantities?

At Mcloone, we specialize in short-run orders and will quote any quantity that you are looking for. If you have questions, give us a call and we can work with you for special orders on a case-by-case basis.


4. Will you deliver to my area?

We have the capability to deliver to both domestic and international locations.


5.What format is required for artwork?

Our experienced graphic artists work with every major software package. We have two sets of artwork guidelines-one for standard spot color and one for 4-color process.


6. What are your standard payment terms?

Payment is net 30 on approved credit.


7. When should I expect to see a proof after placing my order?

You can expect to see a pdf electronic proof within seven business days after placing your purchase order.


8. What is your turnaround time?

Typically, you can expect your part to ship within ten business days for new or revised parts after artwork approval. Please allow seven business days for repeat parts. The actual quoted lead times are based on current capacity and production.


9. How long does it take to receive a quote?

Once we receive your quote request form, you should receive your project quote within one business day.


10. How do I receive a quote for my project?

The first step is to fill out our quote request form. You can complete the information online by completing our online quote request form or calling us at 1-800-624-6641.
